  The staff at this location need to show down and pay attention to their customers orders. I ordered a #2 which is 3 taco supreme meal soft and I got three regular soft taco’s… Very poor customer service. Need to pay closer attention to their customer orders!

  Couldn’t hear them through the speaker and kindly let them know and was responded with sass. Once we got our food, it was honestly just depressing and disrespectful to the money Ive spent. Asked for a burrito with chipotle sauce and to be grilled and just got a regular burrito that was 70 percent tortilla and the most stale chalupa breading Ive seen in my entire existence. Cinnamon twist with not a lick of cinnamon, they were just stale twist.

  Really excellent customer service. I had kind of an annoying order, and they didn't even make a face.

  Ive been here at least 100 time over the last few years and only once has my order been wrong but it was still enjoyable fast food. Definitely try the Chicken Cantina Burrito with the Avocado Salsa. In my opinion its the best on the menu.

  I love Taco Bell... But I will not go to this location again, they almost never get the order right. Placed my order online for about $23 (lux box, enchuritto, taco, mini taco salad) get to the drive thru and let them know I'm there, my order pops on the screen and it's all correct. Get to the window, had to wait a few minutes got my food and drove home. Opened the bag it's 4 enchirittos ... Drove back and walked in and said they got my order wrong. The asked if I was me (name of the order) and I said I was. They grabbed my food that had been sitting out for at least 10-15 minutes and handed me the bags and took the 4 enchurittos back like they were going to give them to the person that ordered them after I had taken them home. Second time the order was still not correct, no sauce packets, no fork for the enchurrito, no napkins and food was cold... Not even an apology from any of the staff. The one over on Ellsworth and Baseline is a bit further but far better experience and worth driving to.
