The food is worse than ever and the portions smaller. The kitchen is dirtier than ever just look at it inside. The prices have never been higher.
I love Taco Bell... But I will not go to this location again, they almost never get the order right. Placed my order online for about $23 (lux box, enchuritto, taco, mini taco salad) get to the drive thru and let them know I'm there, my order pops on the screen and it's all correct. Get to the window, had to wait a few minutes got my food and drove home. Opened the bag it's 4 enchirittos ... Drove back and walked in and said they got my order wrong. The asked if I was me (name of the order) and I said I was. They grabbed my food that had been sitting out for at least 10-15 minutes and handed me the bags and took the 4 enchurittos back like they were going to give them to the person that ordered them after I had taken them home. Second time the order was still not correct, no sauce packets, no fork for the enchurrito, no napkins and food was cold... Not even an apology from any of the staff.
The one over on Ellsworth and Baseline is a bit further but far better experience and worth driving to.

My husband used to work at several different Taco Bell's for several years and after I went to this location today and he saw my order when I got home he urged me to leave a review.
I ordered the 3 Doritos locos supreme combo with a Baja blast freeze and a large nacho fries.
My dorito tacos were not supreme even though I was charged for it and every single taco shell was crushed and falling apart. The nacho cheese I got for my fries had just enough cheese to coat the bottom of the cup it came in and no more.
The only good side to my visit is that I did not have a long wait in the drive through and we got taken care of pretty quickly. It was at like 8:45pm on a Sunday night, so to be expected I think.
If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. Horrible customer service, the wait time on orders were extremely slow and all round bad evening management. The guy with all the tattoos doesn't need to be working in customer service

Trash. Ordered 3 Simple things on the mobile app, arrived and spent 33 minutes in drive thru.. received only 2 of the 3 items. Tired of paying for products I don’t receive. Not worth driving all the way back to get it. Should have b checked my bag but who knew someone could be so slow in the head that they can’t even fulfill a 3 item order correctly. Please consider lowering the pay for these incompetent workers. That is all.
