  Beware of tipping scam!!!! I came in today out of convienance. The lady behind the counter, probably the owner, totaled my bill to $33 and change on her register, but the credit card reader read $40 and change. I looked closer and saw there was a tip added for $6.68. I said to her why is this tip on here? She said just press the x to cancel it as if I had added it!!!! WHAT A SCAM! HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THEY DOING THIS TO EVERYDAY THAT DONT NOTICE!!! Pay attention to what you are paying for. This is probably a common scam by unsavory, dishonest people. Bad karma on this business and people. Oh and my sandwhich sucked! What a waste of time and money.

  Had to pick up my husband from work because he was ill, so we didn't have to do anything when we got home I stopped here. I got a better deal ordering online plus he wouldn't have to get out of the car. So I place my order, was given a 30 minute ready time. I am out front 1 minute prior to my pick up time I watch customers walk in. I go in to grab my order she hasn't even started it and I was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for her to help the new customers before she would start my order placed 30 minutes prior. Why did I order ahead? The point is to walk in get and go.......let me point out not one customer had been inthe entire 30 minutes I was waiting so it's not like the store was busy. I watched her from my car stand at the cash register on her phone. This is BS now my sick hubby has to sit here longer while we wait a total of 45+ minutes for the food. We will see how long it really takes as I am writing this as I wait for the order

  I came subway instead going to Chick-fil-A , I was disappointed to find out that this location does not brew ice tea due to the location being "slow". She said "ice tea never brewed here" I am a tea drinker to avoid soda and high sugar products especially with a toothache right now. Cashier said I can grab a tea in bottle from fridge but would cost more. Should have gone to Chik-fil-A instead for my lunch break.

  It looks like I'm echoing a plethora of prior reviews. I went today (Sunday) to get a sub because I needed to get my lunch quickly. Normally I go to the Subway on Mckellips and Greenfield because that location has friendly staff and makes their subs with care. The last two times I have been to the Power and Brown location the older lady at the counter has been so unfriendly I told myself I wouldn't be back. Today was the same. She did not greet me when I came in. I gave her my best friendly hello, and got no response as she finished filling up a lettuce bin. She made a decent sandwich I will give her that, but it sucks feeling uncomfortable, almost despised lol. I hope she finds some happiness in her world, but this third time visit is the last. May the force be with you cranky Subway lady.
