  Ordered a blue POWERADE slushy with nerds Was given a blue Coconut slushy with 0 nerds I HATE COCONUT.. pay attention and please do better

  I wish i could give 0 stars. placed an order for pickup at 12:05. (an hour before they close) to only be told that they were closed after waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot. after questing the workers of what to do for a refund they responded to “call the store” in the morning and laughed over the speaker. When driving away I could see the workers in a circle laughing and looking through the full body glass as we drove away completely unsure who to even call or what the next steps were. genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had. where is the management ???

  I usually order from the mobile app and pickup at this location. Juan is the nicest server, and he always gets our order right. We have some of the items we get customized and the other Sonics I go to is a hit or miss on the customization. I just wish I could request for Juan.
