Staff walked out during business hours of operation right when I got there to pick up my order after placeing it through the app on friday 19th 2026. Spent $26.99 for a chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a med sprite. A side order of med fries and a large oreo peanutbutter shake. Drove away confused, unhappy, hungry, and a loss of $26.99. the staff looked directly at me while locking the establishment doors and then proceeded to laugh as they got in their cars to leave. Defenatley not choosing this location again in the future. Keep in mind this place closes at 1am and I placed the order 10 minutes prior to showing up in which I arrived at 12:33am.

Had a mobile order, hours are wrong on the app so could not be made at the store.
Spoke to employee as they were leaving he rudely told me to just handle it on the app. I tried, came back to store the next day to see about getting the drinks made, and the same employee told me no that it’s easier for them for me to get a refund and then just recorder. How is waiting 3-5 business days on a refund easier then just making the items. Especially if you were aware of the order from the night before. Easily the situation could have been resolved if you just took 10 seconds and were nice when explaining the refund on the app. Not just “no, deal with it on the app”
Why work in customer service if you don’t know customer service, not asking for extra or free stuff, asking only what I paid for.

I watched them serve food and receieve payment at the same time when it's a non black. This is the third time they asked for payment without bringing the food out. Not how they do other people from what I observed.

I placed an order at 11:57pm on the Sonic app. The pick up time it gave me was 12:03am. We pulled up and checked in as asked. We waited until 12:20am, and walked up to the window as it was taking longer than usual. Then we saw employees coming out and locking the door. There were still two male employees inside. We pulled up to the drive thru since we already paid, no one answered. There were 3 other cars also waiting. No service at all. At 12:30am, the two male workers came out, got into their cars and left. Apparently this common based on other reviews. I want my money back.

They gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t even answer the phone about it. Now got food I can’t eat and down 30 bucks 👎🏽
