  Not sure what is going on at this location but don’t be in a hurry if you go. A few weeks back we stopped for dinner for the kiddos, waited 15 minutes at the speaker and never was helped so we left. Came back hoping it was just a fluke. This time I was treated and order was taken. Took nearly 25 minutes to get one combo meal. The employees are unfriendly, unkept, and clearly are in no hurry to help anyone. This will be the last time we visit this location unless something changes. There were 4 or 5 people working inside the kitchen and all were standing in the same spot, no one is trying to hurry or get orders together. While I was waiting to get to the window 2 vehicles left the line due to the long wait. Terrible location, don't go unless you have lots of time to burn.

  Never have understood why they call this sonic. Should be molasses, it's not fast so sit back and relax. Order and pay at the kiosk. Order taker was super impatient. I got the combo in the background picture. Looks identical right? Not!

  Got a pretzel that tasted like it had been cooked in super old oil, got a buffalo wrap with barely any flavor or toppings, and I ordered a cherry limeade slush with extra cherries and got zero cherries. Took them 30 minutes to even bring me my food even though I had a mobile order. Staff was rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Such a bad experience at this location. Definitely regret going here. If I could give less than one star, I would.
