  Don’t order on the app. I’ve waited 10 minutes past the promise time several times and the drive through cars go through way faster. 6 months ago it was great. Not so much anymore. I usually have to throw my food away because my lunch is over by the time they get it to me.

  This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. My order arrived nearly 30 minutes after the estimated ready time, and while I waited, it was obvious nobody knew where my order was. The manager asked his team about it, they insisted it had already been handed out, and he literally had to point at me and say, “Well that’s the girl who put in that order.” The manager genuinely seemed like he was trying to fix the situation, but the store was completely disorganized. The biggest issue? After all of that waiting and confusion, they still forgot the two corn dogs I paid for. I contacted Sonic Corporate expecting a simple $4.98 refund for the missing items. Instead, they gave me reward points stated they referred it to the store. A month later, I still haven’t been contacted from the store to even think of a refund for food I paid for but never received. Mistakes happen, but refusing to properly resolve them is why I’m leaving this review. I am literally just trying to be a sonic girly but when you are paying for stuff you’re not receiving why bother?

  I haven’t come to this sonic and have them take less then 5 minutes after my app says the food is ready for them to bring my order out (I never get more than a soda), and the employees are generally just rude and don’t seem like they want to be at work (which who does, but with customer service you have to act like it). It’s be okay if this happened once or twice, but it’s EVERY time I come to this location, and that’s not okay. It’s worth driving out of the way to go to a location with better customer service

  I went to sonic on my lunch break and waited well over 30 minutes for pretzels, a corn dog and a slushie. after i submitted my order i was waiting to pay and that took about 15 minutes. a couple minutes after i payed for an order that was submitted 20 minutes ago it said justin was on his way with my order. 7 minutes passed. so i hit the red button again and asked how long it will take to receive my food since i’ve been waiting in my hot car for 40 minutes they had no idea about my order so i had to repeat it again. when my food finally came the guy whom i will assume was justin didn’t apologize or say anything just handed the food and walked away. the customer service was poor! oh and the cherry on top was there was hair on my fries that looked like men’s facial hair. i’m beyond upset.
