My family and I ordered online. We drove to pickup our order at around 9:20 pm on 7/2. We got there and the food came out within a minute. Well once we got home we discovered so many issues with our order. The first thing is my daughter ordered the $7 big deal which included a cheeseburger. She asked for no onions or tomatoes. Well her hamburger had tomatoes, onions and drenched in mayo and ketchup. I oredered the super sonic double cheeseburger meal with no pickles. Well I received the same hamburger as the $7 big deal meal as my daughter. Yet I was still charged $12.79 for the hamburger but did not receive it. At least they got the no pickle part correct. My hamburger was also drenched in ketchup and Mayo. I couldn't even taste the meat due to the drenched bun. In the end we ate it because it's such a hassle to be driving back and forth. I guess you hope that they would double check the order before bringing out to the car. Well that definitely didn't happen. We were very disappointed in the food and attention to detail. The last time we were the was at least 4 months ago, and were really looking forward to the meal. If management is interested the receipt says 9997OAEmploy chk479 trayOA4 time 9:02pm.

Every time I come here, I’m missing items, sauces, straws or food. The food is decent if it’s fresh, but the amount of times I receive burnt food or something that is subpar is happening to often. Will not come back anymore.

A burned Coney is unacceptable. Literally had the nerve to place the burned side up (all the way black), and took an excessive amount of time to complete a simple order. Bad communication at the speaker. There's intentional passive aggressive unprofessionalism going on here. And it's been going on for a long time, because people complain about the same things over and over. Even if management is actually telling them what needs to improve after looking at reviews, the staff is not doing it. I'll be getting my money back.

I love the ice cream here, but the service is sometimes bad depending on who is working there. The drive through person is often whispering so you can barely hear them.
They shutoff the grill and ice cream machine 15 to 30 minutes before they are even scheduled to close. Don't say you are open to 1AM if you really shut everything down early!
I went to the gas station across the street and watched the Sonic turn off the lights and close the whole restaurant store 10 minutes before it was scheduled to close. Luckily, I live just down the street so I didn't waste too much gas. It would suck if I lived father and had to drive all the way there just to find it closed before 1AM.
