  They take forever and the food is nasty, last time I went in I ordered a burger and it was raw, blood on the paper and everything and I said I would never go back this time it’s been a while and I was starving stopped for a grilled cheese it was as bad as you can imagine. The kids chicken strips looked and felt like they had been refried til they were dry and hard. They make you pull up and order at the window then cars are waiting and waiting.

  Negative Stars if I could! Horrible Customer Service and Whoever is the so called night manager needs to be fired ASAP. You call your self a manager when all you do is answer and immediately hang up on the customer after your story about my order doesn’t even make sense. I waited over an hour and then after calling over 15 times to figure out what in the world was going on, you wanted to say different things and that the general manager told you not to make the order and then you said it was taken twice by delivery drivers. When I asked for your name so when I talked with “General manager” on why they told you not to make the order you wanted to be extremely disrespectful and beyond rude and hung up. I highly doubt you were the manager and I’d by some poor choice you are then lord help you because your are the worse manager on planet and should never have the title let alone a job! Stop trying to scam customer of their money! Get faster and more caring people working here. I’m gonna tell everyone to stay away! Horrible Location! Disappointing as my family loves Sonic but probably will stop going because of the extremely poor customer service and lack of hustle!

  Very poor customer service. Employees refused to answer the phone. They would pick up the phone and then hang up repeatedly fr over five minutes until I couldn’t call anymore. Three drivers left due to waiting. I have pictures showing there was nobody at the location. So apparently since they were closing in a hour they didn’t want to work anymore. I placed my order at 1127 pm they close at 1am and still have no order I had to reorder it after it was cancelled. I don’t know what kind of management runs this location but pretty sure may need someone that actually cares about customers. That was the first time calling somewhere and all they do is hang up and pick up and hang up and answer. That is the rudest most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.

  Hot day wanted a cold drink so I pulled into the parking spot terminal. Terminals dont work was not able to pay at the pull up terminal . Ordered 2 drinks confirmed order with staff said they will bring out card reader . waited over 30 mins then said forget it . This place is absolutely horrible for service .I was quickly reminded why I dont go to sonic cause they are absolute trash and their service is a joke. Looking forward to when this place goes under . Sonic sux

  What in God's Earth is going on with this restaurant? Please tell me the point of having a speaker that you cannot pre-order your food at and instead have to wait to get to the window before placing your order. You are asking people to wait a good 5 to 15 minutes per order. There were five cars in front of me do you actually think that I have 45 minutes to sit in my car at a drive-thru? Let's not get started with the kind of people are at the window. They are just absolutely miserable and not friendly at all. Please find a way to give better customer service. It's called fast food not a sit-down restaurant.
