  This is genuinely the worst sonic I have ever been to. Every time i come here I'm waiting at minimum 20 minutes(usually longer) and most of the time my order is 1 or 2 drinks. 20 minutes for a drink is actually insane. I never write bad reviews because i work in fast food. Trust me i get it. But after my like 20th time getting awful service today i felt it was necessary. Genuinely this sonic needs some serious management help, staff help, and just help with everything in general.

  Shit service. They leave customers sitting in the drive thru with no response until people give up and drive away. Then when we pulled up to the window, a guy with glasses who looked like McLovin with a nasty attitude, snaps and says “Yeah, what’s up?” That’s not customer service, it’s rude, lazy, and completely unacceptable….

  Everytime I come to this sonic they take 30 minutes to get out the simplest things. I ordered 2 drinks and got there when no one was in the parking lot or the drive through. I still waited over 30 minutes for my order.

  Ordered drive thru a young man never came back my wife inquired inside but after another 15 min I left never to return again .

  I did an online pick up order on 09/05/2026 at 11:18pm Let’s start with the worse thing the employee I believe she has blue in her hair was vaping inside the kitchen which is disgusting. It said my order would be ready at 10:24 I did not get my order till around 11:48pm. My order was completely wrong I am talking wrong drinks completely different drinks one frozen and I ordered limeade and got a coke. Two sundaes had add Reese’s both of them didn’t. The burgers were disgusting old and cold. And so were the cheesy Tots. I tried calling to report not only my food but the employee vaping inside but no one answered. They are horrible at this sonic I would rather drive to the other one. I threw all the food and drinks away.
