    Came back after two months due to poor management and service. I get my bbq bacon burger with no bbq no mustard as requested. I can see why more worried about making themselves hot dogs and a person who seemed to be an off duty employee that rang herself up. The entrance to the store smells like the bottom of a dumpster and Grease everywhere. WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEWN TO. I've walked out three other times thought they may have changed but nooooope. To bad a would have ate there once a week. About 900 dollars a year. Wow if I owned I would be upset.

    We had a fantastic first experience here! Was my nephew's birthday & we had a large group on one ticket. We received excellent service, the food was delicious, & we have no complaints. Thank you to the Sunday crew. We will all be back!

    Walked in at 11. Sat down and began eating at 11:18. I watch a “cook” from the back walk a half burger in hand to the front. Placed the half burger down on a public table to grind salt and pepper on the burger. She picked it back up and went back to the kitchen. I really hope that was her personal burger. Also, at 11:18 they were still setting up the place for the day. Tables and chairs were scattered throughout the restaurant. They were rudely placing condiments on tables that we were sitting at while eating. Music and TVs were finally turned on. We had no idea if we could sit down or not. But overall, the burger in hand really grossed us out lol be aware of who’s preparing your food here. ***UPDATE*** What an Ai response 🤗 thank you so much Smashburger you’re really winning me over.

    This location is a horrible representation of SmashBurger! They have terrible customer service & do NOT like to admit when they are infact wrong! There is a manager that is a woman, who would refuse to give her name(it's obvious why) but she works mornings at this location, and she is absolutely unprofessional and she is being reported to corporate for her despicable attitude. We recommend going to a different location!!!
