  Dont serve turkey burger anymore. Confused staff. Long time to get food.

  We were one of two couples in there and the service to get our hamburger was really really slow and the seats are very uncomfortable. It’s a bench seat in a booth, but I’m not talking about the padding. I’m talking about where your legs hangover it’s not comfortable because it’s wood ;anyway you’d have to be there to see what I’m talking about.

  Smash or Trash Burger? Unfortunately, the experience and the food were trash. First, it took way too long for us to receive our food. There was a 25 minute wait for three sandwiches and three sides. I understand if it were busy but it was not at that time. When it finally came out it was wrong and it was cold. We clearly ordered a smash tot and when we pointed out that it was a regular tot without seasoning the host tried to take back the food. We stated, "Can you please just bring us a smash tot?" He said, "No". We had waited so long to get it we weren't sure how much longer the correct order would take so we surrendered and decided it was easier not to fight. Ironically, I was tempted to retrieve my own food as I watched it sit helpless under the heating lamp. I am not sure if the chicken had to be plucked and grilled on site but by the time it was delivered to the table the sandwich was cold. The second sandwich was just barely lukewarm. If I thought it was going to make a difference I might have tried to speak management. However, judging by the cleanliness, the service, and the food it was clear that management didn't care either. The receipt says the host was Brooklyn, although the gentleman working the register did not look like a Brooklyn. I would be happy to remove the review if you want to make this right...if not, well BEWARE! People you've been warned.

  We went here at 9:45 15 minutes before closing. The food we received was over salted. The mushroom burger and fries could not be eaten from the heavy salt

  Smashburger is delicious and big! I love the fresh tasty beef & yummy veggies on the burger you can have your way. Soft toasted buns & delicious variety of yummy big burgers! Smashburger at Power & Baseline Rd in Mesa, AZ is a quaint burger place to sit outside on a breezy day under an umbrella and enjoy a juicy big Smashburger! This is a great location but be careful on weekends it’s busy & a wait due to online delivery around 4-6 PM. Enjoy!
