  Getting rid of chicken breast for a terrible ground chicken patty made of god knows what is terrible. The only reason I went there for was the grilled chicken. Another example of corporate America trying to increase profits at the cost of customer experience. Never eat there again! Less for more again! Look at all the empty Taco Bells we need to not support these places.

  My wife was eating a hamburger wrapped in lettuce. She quickly stood up and ran to the bathroom, I followed and witnessed her throwing up and crying. After asking her what happened she told me that she had bugs in her food. She actually felt the bugs crawling around in her mouth which made her look in her food. We saw several more bugs crawling in the food. We took the food back and talked to a nice young lady who refunded our money. We were told that we would be contacted by the GM/owner, but we were never given that courtesy.

  Oof I used to get Smash Burger quite often when this location first opened. Just tried it again after a year "off" and boy has their quality gone way down. The burgers are not very good at all. Dry and rather flavorless. The toppings are sad too. Tots were still pretty good. Disappointing. Don't think I'll be back.

  best burger ive ever had and the staff was nice and the food was made quick
