  Honestly was blown away by every aspect of this place. The food is made from scratch and absolutely delicious. The staff is AMAZING, and it’s got an unbeatable atmosphere. This place must try. 11/10.

  Really trying to like this place, but you just don’t get what is promised. Do not believe the pictures of the dishes if you are looking at the menu online… we ordered take out this time based on how good the dishes looked and this see my images on what we received. Sorry, but for a salad, an appetizer, and one entree at $63 we were very disappointed. First is the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and second is the meatball appetizer.

  First time coming here tonight and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was fantastic, the food was absolutely amazing, and it’s a mom and pop shop that is doing it right! Great food, fresh ingredients, and the perfect staff the run the place!! Highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional restaurants aren’t defined by a single great dish—they’re defined by consistency, hospitality, and attention to detail. Sam & Luca delivered on every level. From the moment we walked through the door, owner Josh set the tone. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Despite a packed dining room, everything ran seamlessly. Our table was ready on time, and it was immediately clear that Josh takes tremendous pride in both his restaurant and his guests’ experience. Our server, Phillip, was equally impressive. He knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful recommendations, answered every question with confidence, and had a quick wit that made the evening genuinely enjoyable. He was attentive without ever hovering—a hallmark of truly professional service. Our glasses were never empty, our courses arrived at the perfect pace, and we never once had to ask for anything. The dining room strikes a beautiful balance between elegance and comfort. Warm lighting, an inviting bar, and a lively atmosphere create the feeling of a refined Italian bistro you’d expect to find in New York or Hollywood. The kitchen clearly values quality over shortcuts. The shrimp risotto was beautifully prepared—creamy, delicate, and featuring perfectly cooked shrimp that tasted exceptionally fresh. The mozzarella sticks were unlike any we’ve had before, with an impossibly light, crisp coating and premium mozzarella that stretched with every bite. The lasagna was outstanding. Its rich, slow-simmered meat sauce was beautifully balanced—deeply flavorful without being overly acidic or heavy—allowing the fresh pasta and cheeses to shine. The braised short rib risotto was pure comfort food, with fork-tender beef and layers of rich, satisfying flavor. What impressed me most was the restraint. Nothing was overly salted, over-seasoned, or weighed down by heavy sauces. Every dish reflected confidence in fresh ingredients and classic Italian technique. Sam & Luca exceeded every expectation. Between Josh’s welcoming hospitality, Phillip’s polished service, and a kitchen operating at such a high level, this is one of the finest Italian dining experiences I’ve had in Arizona. We’ll absolutely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional Italian cuisine.

  Truly a GEM!! Taylor and Josh were excellent! The calamari was INCREDIBLE!!! Absolute MUST! The Vitello alla Parma was excellent!! Can’t wait to come back for all the things we missed on our first visit!! Great food great location!! Congrats SAM AND LUCA!
