I visited the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this pharmacy.

i’m only writing this review now because google keeps asking me to rate this location, and honestly, i avoided doing it for months because of how uncomfortable my experience was.
this happened months ago, but my interaction with the manager, alexis, was something i never forgot. from the moment i interacted with her, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made me feel like i was an inconvenience rather than a customer. the attitude, the tone, and the way she spoke to me were completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position.
what made the situation worse was the way i felt i was being treated differently. the comments she made, the way she handled me compared to others, and the overall energy she gave off felt extremely biased and uncomfortable. it felt like i was being judged before i was even given a chance, and the experience left me feeling singled out because of who i was.
a manager should make people feel welcomed, not make them question whether they are being treated unfairly. customer service is about respect, and i did not receive that here.
i gave myself months before leaving this review because i wanted to move past it, but since i keep being asked to rate this location, i feel like my experience deserves to be acknowledged. after everything, i can confidently say i will never be returning to this store.

I switched to ordering cakes from Fry's to this Safeway because the did the edible images. I ordered a cake back in April online-awaited confirmation that the order was accepted and never received any contact from the store. Ordered a second cake in April, they accepted it and I picked up the cake. The older lady working was so sweet. Even though I noticed that the cake had a crack in it, I just went about my day. Ordered a 2nd cake for May- they never accepted the order again. Stopped and spoke to a guy working who told me his manager was over 5 hours late to her shift and that he didn't know how to pull up the online orders. I left, called and asked to speak to a manager and I got to speak with David. He apologized, assured me my cake would be ready for this Friday and and then told me the cake would be at a discounted rate. The next day, the bakery manager called me to let me know that she couldn't do the order because the image on the cake contained cannabis. It does not state on their website anywhere that they wont do a cake that depicts any weed/cannabis and it seems that what they consider inappropriate is really up in the air-they need to get with the times on this if that is the case. However the cake that they did in April, did have cannabis imagery on the it so it makes no sense. I go in today to pick up my cake and they say " We have no cakes, we have no decorators and no manager" The call the store manager? Brandy over who took 10 mins to come out of the office to speak with me. She gave me the same crap, stated that they send everyone BUT MY cake order to other locations to be decorated because it was an ONLINE ORDER. I guess that makes my order insignificant and non important. No phone call, no text, no email to let me know that my cake would be ready. Offered me a bogus $25 gift card for a $50 cake. Ruined our work birthday party and honestly this is one of the worst customer experiences that I have had with a store. Your management needs to be retrained or find better people who know what they are doing, are reliable, and understand how to keep repeat business. This would have been about an extra 300-400 profit a month for that location as we order cakes often but I guess we will go elsewhere from now on.
