- JCJeremy Cloud4 days ago1.0Horrible online ordering don't do it especially if you are ordering meat!!! They will say it is available online and then when the "shopper" is putting the order together they say it's not available and only replacement items are at minimum 10 dollars more each. Then you have to fight to get your order canceled and then have to wait 5 days to get your money back, and absolutely no extra effort on their part to retain you as a customer. Worst experience I have ever experienced save yourself the time and headache they will cause.

I dont know who the cake decorator is at this time (4/17/26), but they gave me a cake so badly decorated it looks like my kids decorated it. I asked for a big, brightly colored rainbow and a happy birthday message for my daughter. The worker who took the order showed me bright, hot colored icing and I told her those were perfect. I asked for vanilla whipped cream frosting on the outside and got chocolate (not a huge deal, just another thing on the list). The cake has a tiny little rainbow in the corner, in primary colors. One slice worth of a rainbow. I was so shocked when they handed me the cake that I just took it, but really, I shouldn't have. But my kids were with me and excited to be picking up the cake. I am severely disappointed. I shop here for everything, including using the pharmacy. What a shame.
