  I come here to check out the pokemon machine, if it's empty I go get something from Starbucks and try after, unfortunately all people do is camp for 20 min at a time, guarding the machine likes it's theirs. Management has done nothing to stop the loitering and respect the people that actually respect the store

  Just (5.23) had the displeasure of experiencing this store's cashier representative - Emily G. Slamming and dropping groceries as she scanned them, no response when talked to (i.e. "Please add a bag of ice" no response), scowl on her face. Apparently either missed her union break or is in the wrong customer-facing job. Use the self-scan or avoid this store.

  Please beware when ordering thru the app for delivery, if you routinely order or pick up from this location. This locations manager (Liz), states their location does not do delivery, although all online sources, including the app states they do. She said your order is routed to the next closest location. I write this as I made an order on May 6th to be delivered May 7th. I was waiting outside for my delivery when I received the message that my order had been delivered. It had not. I went inside and immediately placed a duplicate order as Safeway has been good about prior refunds. After 3 calls to CS, 1 call to store manager and use of the AI assistant, I was refunded $12.95, which was delivery fee and tip. Mind you, with my order size I wasn’t suppose to pay delivery fee. No refund of the actual purchase. I provided the original order number (170597119), and duplicate order (170924029) and pointed out why would I order the exact same items twice if I had received the first order. Their driver claimed he handed it to me. He did not. I live in an apartment and leave very specific instructions on finding my unit within the app. To not be able to find me you’d have to be lazy or an idiot. So do you older folks, beware. I hate this as I like the quality of Safeway’s produce, but refuse to shop there ever again due this and have advised all members of my community to do the same.

  Grocery store is fine but they never have more than 1 cashier working and the only a couple self checkouts. Why have a dozen registers if they’re never open?
