  The walk-up window is sometimes a bit difficult to get service at since the employees are usually focused on helping the drive thru first. Other than that, this place is top notch! Great food at great prices! Highly recommend for a quick bite

  Rally has the best baby spuds in town!!! Hot and ready!!!! I love Rally's its not your gourmet place....but its your on the go grub.

  never again. lesson learned. i’ll never order from a restaurant that uses an ai menu over actual staff. it wouldn’t take my order correctly and kept asking if id like to order all these other food items rather than listen for my continued order

  Worst service, went threw drive-thru put my order had a walk up after my order vehicle behind puts order threw both sent to wait then another car got threw drive-thru gets its order as well all before my order gets to me , I asked the person that walked food over as I was speaking to the person, he turns around and walks way . For being a individual owner you either don't care for your customers with employees like that. Or your corporate company needs to help you train your employees. While waiting for my order 2 other people said its normal they do that alot WOW

  After getting home from ordering via drive thru we were missing food. So we called to get a simple refund of the missing items. No help at all. We don’t live in town nor planned on driving 30 min for the refund. The guy who translated for the GM, was rude and ended up hanging up on me. Don’t go here. After reading other people reviews, we should t have given them the benefit of the doubt either.
