  I don’t know why I keep giving them another chance. I received the wrong order. I spent 30 minutes trying to get them to answer the phone and the customer service was useless!!! I’m done with this company forever. And I will make sure others are aware of the poor service.

  We stopped in at Pizza Hut on Apache Trail in Mesa after an appointment, and the experience was outstanding. Jake and the crew made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was upbeat, positive, and full of laughter. The team kept the jokes coming and made the wait enjoyable instead of feeling like a wait at all. I was there with my daughter, and what stood out most was how genuinely kind and engaging everyone was with her. They listened to her, talked with her, and made her feel included. It’s not something you see everywhere, and it made a lasting impression. Jake mentioned he used to be in a punk band back in the day, which added to the fun conversation. The whole crew had great energy and clearly enjoys what they do. You can tell they care about their customers and go above and beyond to create a positive experience. Big shout-out to Jake and the entire team. We’ll definitely be back. 🍕👏

  Sketchy homeless staring at my wife in the parking lot hanging around building when I show up.. only get two boxes for breadsticks large pizza and cinnamon sticks. I know for a fact the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks are not supposed to go together as a prior employee. The cinnamon sticks contaminates the breadsticks this is why they get a separate package.. I asked what appeared to be the manager in the red button up shirt if this is the way they are supposed to do it knowing damn well the answer.. this lazy younger man looks at me “ nahh” How unprofessional and disrespectful I will refuse to use this location again and will be taking my business to a better shop.. Previous times the wings were undercooked and over sauced. Paid 24$ for a medium 2 topping last time when they have a deal for large 3 topping for 10$ make that make sense please.. such a horrible experience and horrible app you have to search the new deals hard to make sure you get the best bang for your buck.

  Don't buy from that store. You place orders through apps like Uber Eats, and they charge you for the item you ordered, but in the end, they send you something cheaper than what you paid for. You call to see if they can fix the problem, but they just leave you on hold for a long time without resolving anything. You try to resolve it through the app, and it's the same story—they're in cahoots.

  would like to give a huge shout-out to Max at Pizza Hut! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, helped me with my order, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s not every day you meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Max went above and beyond. Pizza Hut is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you, Max, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service. I will definitely be back! A very satisfied customer
