    This is by far the most rude and unorganized store I have to pick up door dash orders for. They are never ready when they say, they are extremely mean about any simple questions or requests, and they are slow even when there is only 1 order to do

    Went to pick up an order for DoorDash I gave them the name on the order. At which time the lady working the front said they were working on it. 12 minutes later I asked again if my order was ready at which time she said they could not find the order in their system which she would have known if she actually looked the first time when I came in. Instead of apologizing I was told I could leave and not come back! Completely horrible customer service and she did this in front of another customer as well.

    This is some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. My partner and I placed a Delivery order at 1:55 PM, estimated to be ready by 2:50 at the latest. The order was marked as picked up by a Door Dasher, who then appeared to drive in circles with our order, and ultimately cancel the order without any contact. When you try to get ahold of Door Dash about this however, they won't do anything. They just tell you to contact the restaurant. So my partner tried to call this location and was left on hold for 8 minutes. He hung up and I tried. I was also put on hold for 8 minutes before I tried calling back and picking the "new order" option as opposed to the "speak with a manager" option and someone immediately picked up. I explained that my food had been canceled without contact by the Door Dasher and he put me on hold again. I was on hold for 24 minutes. After about 12 we decided to just drive to the restaurant ourselves. I kept my phone on speaker the entire time and showed the manager when I got there that I had been sitting there on hold for, now, 24 minutes. She had an attitude the moment I walked up to the counter and said she knows, she didn't have time to answer the phone. At this point, I was pretty annoyed myself. With great exasperation she told me that Door Dashers had been messing up orders all day, and that she had to keep remaking orders. I can sympathize with her, but that didn't seem like a valid response to the fact that nobody could even answer the phone so I could find out what to do about my order (i.e. get a refund, have it redelivered etc). So she basically just wrote me off and said she'd remake my order. The lobby was filled with Door Dashers and another lady who had been waiting way too long for her food. One Door Dasher straight up left without picking up the food for his customer because it was taking too long. We didn't even end up leaving with our food until almost 4:30 PM. So it took us over 2 hours to actually get our food. No refunds were offered, no coupons, no free drink. Nothing. I understand that the manager at this establishment isn't responsible for Door Dashes screw ups but someone could have at least taken our phone call. I would have just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. I absolutely won't be ordering from this location again and I encourage restaurants to stop relying on Door Dash to make deliveries. The drivers never seem held responsible, and ours took off with our food AND a tip just for us to have to go pick up our food ourselves.

    The food here is great, and the people are as well. But using Doordash when they leave the food on the ground and don't notify you is unacceptable.

    Probably the worst wings I've ever had in my life. My pixel was good but I'm also disappointed I didn't get the garlic sauce. It seems like Papa John's quality has gone down as well. Doesn't feel fresh. Sad to see the world going this way and companies taking shortcuts. This is not on the employees. It's on the company.
