  This location of Papa John’s is very disappointing. After ordering three times over the last few months I finally decided this is a pattern. First of all… Papa John’s pizza is not a cheap pizza. It was supposed to be a treat for my wife. If I pick up the pizza do I owe a 20% to 35% tip? If you deliver it yes…but if I pick it up….don’t think so. And yes I did pay a small tip. Three gripes in this order. 1) After I ordered online I realized it was going to be 30-40 mins before I could pick it up. I immediately called and asked if they will make the pizza in 20 mins. I was told “ your pizza is already being made and they can’t just stop it”. Hmm…it would have been super simple to just say no problem… happy to wait 20 mins. Next, this is the third time in a row they intentionally didn’t cut the pizza. That means it tears when you pull it out of the box. This time I had my wife ask to make sure it cut before she left the store. This is obviously intentional. Then it feels like they pulled the pizza early…the center of the crust was extra doughy. New experience. And finally when we got home the pizza was cold. If I pay $33 for two pizzas is it too much to ask that it be cut, not doughy in the middle and still warm. Costco and Little caesars both make a pizza for half this price without these issues and definitely no attitude. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this post and trains staff to serve customers. I’ll be buying my pizza elsewhere.

  This is our local Papa John's. The pizza deal was so great this past week: $28.99 for two large pizzas (one signature and one two topping pizza) it's definitely a great meal and tastes so delicious! Thanks for always putting the time and special care into making our pizzas!

  Ordered online. Pizza, delivered, was lukewarm. Overall, not an experience we would try again.

  Call to find out where our food was and it had been picked up 45 minutes prior to my call they told me there was nothing they could do about it
