  Food was ok, but it took 10-15 min longer than expected both times I ordered pickup online and it wasn't busy at the store either time I went in.

  Placed my order on the papa John’s app at the power rd location in Mesa. Paid for it. Showed up at power rd location. They state order not received. Double checked my order location. All correct. They charged my card. Employee was zero help. Unacceptable. Theft.

  Somehow this is acceptable to send out with an order on top of sending barbecue wings when I ordered buffalo. Unfortunately paid cash and most they offered is to remake and redeliver both the wings and this pizza. Definitely not ordering from this store again in the future.

  Haven’t had Papa Johns in a while and figured we’d give it another go. Huge mistake. Pizza was extremely underwhelming in both flavor and size. Cheesy bread was covered in burned cheese from who knows where and tasted somehow worse than it looked. Decent service though.
