- ECErcan Cosgun2 days ago1.0Dear Panera Bread Customer Service, I had a very uncomfortable experience at one of your locations. While I was eating and speaking Turkish, a blonde female manager approached me rudely and told me to leave before I even finished my meal. Only about three minutes had passed, and there were several other customers around when this happened. I felt publicly humiliated and deeply embarrassed. She told me in a harsh tone that “people do not understand your language” and that I was “speaking too loudly.” The way she spoke to me in front of everyone felt disrespectful and hurtful. I am a regular customer at Panera Bread. I always try to be respectful, and I have never caused disrespect or problems for anyone. Even though I felt very hurt, I quietly left without arguing. I felt extremely bad after this experience. I do not understand how speaking my native language could make people uncomfortable. America is a multicultural country, and no one should be made to feel ashamed for speaking another language. I hope this situation will be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.🥵🥵 Sincerely,,

I chose to leave my review for this Panera because it’s my favorite, but I visit a lot of them throughout the valley and they’re all wonderful. 5 stars all the way!
