  My first time trying Panera Bread. The food was good. It wasn't cheap but the pricing is similar to most other fast food places. We spent around $30 for two people. One of our sandwiches wasn't made correctly but I was able to have it remade without any issue by one of the polite staff members. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. A few people in the lobby working on laptops. My only real complaint is with the cleanliness of the establishment. I was unable to find a single clean table. They all were either sticky with some kind of drink residue, or covered with crumbs and napkins on the tables and floor. I ended up wetting a couple of napkins and wiping down one of the tables. Overall it wasn't the worst experience. Just not the best first impression due to the cleanliness and initial incorrectly made order. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup on the side. The sandwich was good but the soup was my favorite.

  Great service. However, I ordered an apple fuji salad, whole. And it was half AND there were no apples, this time. Wth!?! Very disappointed in my meal. And to top it off they didnt put bacon or alvacado in my moms bacon turkey sandwich! What is happening Panera? Get it together!!

  I just had an experience that would normally cause a bad review but because of how Panera made Doordash dropping the ball turn from a frustrating experience to a shocker! People with common sense do still exist. I did not catch her name (and I dont want to call again and disturb them during lunch rush to get it) but the manager from Signal Butte literally just delivered our food that Doordash left on the shelf for 45 mins. Not only did she do this but they tucked some cookies in there for us and the kids which was much appreciated!!! We love you Panera, keep up the good food and you should definately keep the manager that drove this to us so $55 worth of food wasnt wasted =) Way to put the customer first above all as it should be, simply concept right!

  The Frontega Chicken sandwich was missing almost all the toppings (no cheese, no tomato, no greens)... it arrived with only chicken, onion, and sauce. Super disappointing!! The NEW Toasted Caprese Focaccia had two incredibly small sad slices of tomato (see picture) and a smear of mozzarella. Certainly not what you would expect from a caprese sandwich where the tomato and mozzarella should be highlighted. Overall disappointing to receive such a lackluster dinner especially with all the other options in the area. Will be passing next time. But hey, at least the mac and cheese never disappoints.
