I put in an order online. Ordered 2 bottles of water, tomato soup with the baguette on the side and a cookie. Get to the window to pick up my complete order and the girl tells me they have no bottles of water. I could get another drink or she will refund my money. Is said drink going to equal what I spent on the waters and if I wanted a different drink, I would have ordered it. Why do you not update your website to say you are out of bottled waters? Do you not really give a crap that people spend their money on something you don't even have? How hard is it to have the website updated? Of course, the girl at the window can't refund the money, she tells me it will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days by her manager, are you serious? I am supposed to trust someone who doesn't give a crap about the food we order or how much it costs, to refund my money with no proof? And, then the manager says she can't do the refund at this computer, it has to be done on the one in the back, because it's an online order, and the customer who got screwed, can't see said computer. Lies, all lies. The baguette was checked off on the receipt for my order, but it was not part of my order, no where to be found. I get maybe 5 or 6 croutons. The baguette supposedly comes with the soup you order, but it magically is never there. My order cost over $16 and I only got my soup and cookie with 5 croutons, missing half my order. And, I am supposed to just like that whole process and feel good about my experience????? You should be, as a business, ashamed of how you operate and the lies you tell customers. Just take our money and give us nothing in return, what a scam and joke. Your food isn't very good and so very high priced. Here this now Panera Bread, you are not getting another red cent out of me, I think I have been screwed enough!!!!!!
