  We previously enjoyed the platters, but tonight we had pizza delivered. Best pizza around! Arrived within 30 minutes and nice and hot. Love this place!

  Place is beautiful inside and they have a nice bar area. We had the pizza and salad, it was delicious 😋 they have so much more than pizza tho

  We love Milano’s in Mesa and keep coming back because the food is always great—but we have to give a huge shoutout to Cassidy for truly standing out. She was the friendly and engaging highlight of our visit—absolutely fantastic, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. She had great recommendations and checked in just the right amount. To be honest, we’ve found that some of the other servers can come across as a bit cold, sometimes even rude or annoyed, which makes Cassidy’s warm and welcoming attitude stand out even more. She really made our visit this time exceptional. If you get Cassidy as your waitress, you’re in for a great experience!

  We have enjoyed Milano's for years, both dining in and taking out. The staff is professional, friendly and very competent. The food is delicious, with generous portions. We last enjoyed the spaghetti with meat sauce and it was fabulous. The meat sauce is very flavorful. Their pizzas are excellent along with the manicotti and lasagna, which we have enjoyed. Finally, the customer service is excellent. From the owner on down, each person strives to make your experience the best.
