  My kids did a mobile order. They ran out of fries. They told my children they couldnt do a refund and had to come from there fries later. Per Night manager Barrack. You can not hold on to someone's money with out giving them what they ordered.

  Octuber 24 about 12:30pm i was the only car at the drive thru make my order, they have 3 windows they say window 2, i went wait like 3 min notting i went foward tinking maybe they say 3rd window still notting went back to the second window notting went foward notting, just like a gost place then a 2nd card get there at the second window and they start to give them my order, even when they realize the mistake still took like another 5 min to go again in the window and ask what was my order. Yes 1 order colapse the whole team. What a waste of time.

  Everytime I go to this McDonald the service is horrible!! Employees always have an attitude as if I choose their career for them!! Food always dry and cold! Meat is old as if the patties are just setting there Cheese is over cooked and hard Just overall horrible

  Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru for our food. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left the line. We were first in line of at least 6 cars. I’ve worked fast food. I know it doesn’t take that long to make food.

  Bro. I don’t even know where to start. I waited 15 minutes in line before I even made it to the speaker box. I tell them I have a mobile pick up order and give them the code. The girl didn’t even put it in the system. I get to the middle window. The employees play stupid like they’ve never seen a mobile order before. Like the most asinining thing I’ve ever experience at McDonalds. A “manager” comes back to the window to get the code and sends it through. Then asks me to go to the second window. I pull up. Wait another 10 minutes while every car after me gets their order. Never in my life have I experienced such disorder and stupidity in my life. And I worked at McDonalds for 3 years. Never again. Absolutely never again.
