- JDJorge DiazApr 29, 20261.0Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I can literally knock someone out with the bagel it was the hardest bagel I have ever tried to bite into its in the trash now. I was not going to leave a review I called to just make them aware of the bad food they gave me and the guy hung up on me after I explained. Bad customer service and most likely was an old bagel. Very disappointed stay away from here.

I asked for extra ketchup, the young girl says she put it in the bag, closed the window and walked away. I ended up getting 2 packets and a disappointed kid who loves to dip with ketchup. Franchise owners need to have a come to Jesus meeting with staff and management.
