What happened to moist buttery basic biscuits? hash browns were soggy and the large coffee tasted like watered down left over grounds run thru over and over the same grinds you started with .. awful! come on McDonald's you can do better than this. hot food cooked correctly!... my total price was great for the amount I ordered, I expected to have a larger amount due, but that QUALITY Mark was off target by far.. please try harder to be more efficient and on target with the food you are serving it what we expect when I pay you for food that says one thing but comes out different looking n tasting... long time customer here went for first meal at mcds in the 60s and have frequented this place often so please iv had much better food served here before do Better

And the lady handed me a small when I asked her about it she said the meal deal comes with a small, the order said it was a large on the receipt and she continued to argue that I would have to pay 1.39 to upgrade the size after I had already payed. This happened at 9:50 pm on April 27th 2026. I will not be ordering from this mcdonald's again due to this employee not honoring what the receipt said.
