  We ordered two Hot n Spicy sandwiches with fries and drinks, along with a 10-piece chicken nuggets. At the drive-thru, we were asked to park in spot 1 because they said fresh fries were being made. When we got our order, there were no sauces for the nuggets and no napkins included. The fries were only lukewarm, like they had been sitting out for a while, which didn’t match what we were told. To make things worse, when I sat down to eat, my Hot n Spicy looked noticeably different from my son’s. The inconsistency and lack of attention to basic details made for a really disappointing experience. This visit felt careless from start to finish.

  20+ minutes for 3 egg mcmuffins... and never got them. Printing your tickets to make it look like you have fast times is crooked. If you are going to ignore your dining room and mobile orders to prioritize drive thru, close them down. And don't bother asking me to fill out your survey. This is clearly an ongoing issue with this location and I've already wasted enough time with this location.

  They screw up my order constantly. It’s actually mind boggling. My order is simple lol. Would also like to see cleaner oil. Burnt butter brown fries are gross

  If you don't like impersonal service stay away from this McDonalds. You order by computer, you get called up by your number. No interaction with a human. The food is good here but if you don't like teenagers, this is also not the place for you. There are always young people here. They are very well behaved but just always a group, which sometimes affects where you can sit.
