  The last time I went (last night), I went through the drive through, and either the lady wasn't paying attention or something, but the order had to be repeated multiple times, and was still incorrect. Luckily, a minor refund was received for the missed items.

  Much like most McDonalds, these guys will make you pull forward and park, but unique to this location is the wait times. There was 3 cars including myself in the drive thru and all 3 of us were asked to pull forward and park. It’s been a fat minute and legit none of us have gotten our order lmaooo this must be Ronald McDonald’s resident store cuz it’s a clown show. Edit: The wait is still irritating but I have to give this location props for actually giving us fresh food and not missing any items. Edit of edit: Nevermind. Lmao this location sucks and continues to be an absolute dogwater experience of waiting a stupid amount of time for food

  I was there this mourning. Went through the drive-through. I used my points for a sausage biscuit and purchased a coffee. The sausage was so dried out and the biscuit hard as a rock. I threw it away. I’ve been going there for quite a few months and the older ladies that work there in the morning do not know what customer service is. Or they’re just angry and mean. All the younger people that work there are so nice the managers and leads they’re fantastic. I do appreciate all of you that care about your job and the people that come there. Thank you.

  Super friendly staff. Management went above and beyond to help me with a mobile order issue I had after already being at another location that has a system error and were unable to make orders. THANK YOU team!! Food was hot and fresh! Team was hustling and the energy was still positive even with their business at peak! 👏

  Ordered using the app and came through the drive thru and had the WORST encounter. I was told if I didn’t pull around to the front where they had 4 cars lined up that she would refuse me service and give me a refund noting I just had to wait 3 minutes for the fries, I have worked fast food I know they cook in less than 2 minutes. Anyway I let the heavy set lady with the glasses who me identified herself as “M” assuming she didn’t want to give her real name because she knew what she was doing was NOT policy and didn’t have a name tag on. There are only a few 24 hour McDonald’s and I just wanted to treat my baby who had not been feeling well. He is now traumatized with how disrespectful the employee was. I definitely could’ve disrespected her but I had my kids there and had to show them just because she is having a bad day doesn’t mean she has to ruin mine. It is not policy to pull forward overnight because the crew is not getting the orders out fast enough. There is a reason the timer for the vehicles is in the drive thru to show the TRUE time it is taking for them to get the orders out and from what she said she is trying to lie to her own company about how efficient her night crew truly is. I can only imagine how much longer we would’ve been there waiting had we pulled around to the front where where it was almost completely dark. If you can make it to the other 24hour McDonald’s you are better off.
