  Nothing like being hungry to be handed/served by someone who looks the character from Hellraiser! Why would you let someone hand over food who has to many piercings in their face that would cause a metal detector to freak out? Im sure she was a nice person, but what happened to "presentation" has companies thrown that concept out the door? I HATE those giant IPad computers some make you use to order (cannot order from a real person), but damn... if this becomes a issue, Ill welcome it. The young are working themselves out of a job.

  I go here most of the time. but the drive through service is inconsistent. the outer lane seems to get ignored and the other side moves faster. You guys need to get your act together. I waited while the other side orders were taken even though I had arrived first. I normally use the mobile app in hopes it makes things work better. Not the case somedays.

  Just left this location with an UNHAPPY meal. I asked specifically if they still had the super Mario toys with the happy meals, to which I was told yes. When I get home and open the box, we realize it is indeed NOT the Mario toy, but rather some garbage played off as fake transformers. This would've been great to know before they took my money, i could've just went to Walmart or somewhere else to grab a Mario like toy. Thanks for lying McDonald's

  COCKROACHES on my little boy's orange juice and his food, I CHECKED HIS FOOD AND THERE WERE A LOT, A LOT OF TINY COCKROACHES. This WAS our Mcdonald on our way to Elementary school but not anymore, NEVER!! I called the cashier and I was simply ignored!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!

  Can't say enough positive about this store. I've been coming here for years, rarely do I have an issue. I've only ever had typical drive through problems here, and even those are quicker to resolve than any other fast food restaurant I've been to. Because of, that I think I have a bit of an unfairly high expectation of this restaurant. Today, I came in and had, what id say, was a small issue. I think the voice box wasn't working (possible an employee missed it, but it happens) and I had let a few cars go through the other lane. There was a car behind me, who had to back up and go to the other lane, and by the time I did the same, there were five cars ahead of me. So I just decided to go in, and admittedly I was a bit annoyed. But 99% of time they're great. But a manager helped me so I figured I would mention what had happened to her. I have to say, I really respect the way she handled it. She brought the issue up to the team almost immediately, she was quick to fix the problem, but not rude to the workers. She apologized, what I thought was sincerely, and asked if there was anything that could be done to make the situation better. And then I received incredibly hot and fresh food. Just wow. Very impressive I love this location, and even without this interaction I would still come back here. But today, really cemented that. I'm sorry I didn't get your name manager, but whoever was working around 3:45 on 04/16/25 is a beast.
