  Paid for a few food items and a large drink, asked for a large cup of ice water and they wanted to charge me for a large drink. This is against the law in the state of Arizona.

  Okay I've got to be honest I don't usually go to places like McDonald's because the food is substandard in my opinion. This place was no different they have McDonald's food. If you like to be supersized I guess this is a great place to eat but I'm trying to be normal size so I rarely go here. I pulled in because they were open and my sister was hungry but otherwise I don't go to these places in fact I highly recommend you don't go to these places you should go to a restaurant with a waitress that you can tip on the food will be much better.

  The easiest order they could’ve had they messed up in all shapes and ways. I ordered a drink that was large and one medium frie with two condiments. The drive-through worker never repeated my order back to me or displayed it on the screen so he just told me to go to the first window. I went to the first window. He first said that my my total was six dollars and some change and then he changed his story saying that it’s actually $10 and some change. I thought that was a lot for the items that I got, but I didn’t question it because I thought they might’ve changed their prices. I was still questioning the pricing so I went on my McDonald’s mobile app because I order McDonald’s frequently and realize that my total should’ve been those six dollars that he said originally this person put in an extra fry on my order which I didn’t say that I wanted that. so yes, I went back to the restaurant because I did not wanna get charged for something I did not order .They did give me my refund back. They took a long time by the way, even though there was like 10 of them just standing there doing nothing because there was no customers to attend to on the drive-through. It was fine until I got an assistance from this male worker from inside the restaurant. As he was giving my change back, he said I had to give him the extra fry back which five minutes before him and female employee told me I could keep the extra fries because they’re gonna toss them anyways and then you have another coworker of yours saying that I can’t. What frustrated me even more he was about to grab the fries from my bag. That is completely disgusting. I had to stop him and give it to him. I’m highly dissatisfied with how that male worker handled the situation. I’m moving my business to Burger King. I am not using McDonald’s especially from this location. I already submitted feedback from my receipt to corporate.

  Came into this place just after 11:40 on a Wednesday. Thought to myself this place is nice and empty, expecting to have a smooth lunch. It’s now been 23 minutes since I’ve arrived and an additional 8 people have come in and started waiting after me. Not a single item from a single order has been delivered as of yet…………… I see why it is so empty.

  Very terrible all the way through, I got to the drive through order post it was me and another car, the other car was at the second ordering post, when they had finished ordering the employee spoke to me, they told me to give them a moment. 3 minutes pass and a car pulls up to the second ordering post and they begin taking their order, i then get their attention and they get me through. i then wait a while just to get to the window, when i finally get to the window they hand me my ice cream cone (which was made really badly) they then tell me to pull forward so i ask for a cup for the ice cream cone, i then wait 20 minutes and they ask me what i ordered. i gave them my name and even showed them the order on my phone (i had ordered 1 big mac meal with a large coke a medium fry’s along with a large Powerade a large fry and a cone) i then wait a good 15 minutes more, they finally give me a bag… it only had a large fry and the big mac. i then explain my order again and they tell me it will be a wait for the fry's as they have no more ready, i then wait another 5 minutes for the fry's and they still forgot the drinks so i reminded them again. I finally get them and now all my food is cold and my cone is melted. As a left i saw 2 cars backing up from the drive through. Im assuming its because they were taking to long, they were not even busy they just took so long on orders. I only saw 2 cars get their order the 45 minutes i was there
