  I think it’s absolutely crazy that there is no one available to ask for help with something. They look at you like you’re an alien when you approach the counter. Also, every single dessert item was unavailable. Ray Kroc would be very disappointed. The food we got was good though. Consistent and hot and delicious. Just zero customer interaction.

  We're here tonight 209 a.m.a little brown haired guy with beard young one tell me that he could not serve me because I do not own a car because I'm homeless stay away from this place at all costs very prejudice people against the homeless wouldn't even so much is give me a drink of water that is against the law in the state of Arizona you cannot deny somebody a drink of water in the desert!

  I ordered $45 worth of food and was missing a burger and bacon on another burger. Every time I have come here there is an issue with my order. Definitely not coming back to this location. This was after waiting close to 15 minutes for our food.

  This place is the worst! Order thru the app, only to find out my food was not ready when I was at the drive thru pick up window. Worker seemed confused (even after the initial payment worker sent me thru). She told me that she didn't have my order. Clearly I paid for something. I showed her the purchase. She then told me to wait at the front window while they "make" my order. I waited another 13 cars to pass (~20min, I'm sure they all didn't order thru the app) and then finally decided to go inside to speak to a manager. I asked to speak to a manager (appears the worker I was speaking to was her but didn't identify - Lindsay). I explained my situation and she asked my name on the order. I told her and then she said that they were barely going to make it. I was confused and asked for an explanation. She gave me attitude and proceeded to walk away. She continued to try and talk to me from the kitchen area and when I responded, she said that she couldn't hear me. I told her that all I want is an apology (as one should receive from a manager) and an explanation. She couldn't even give me that. Only response I received was, "we're short staffed". I understand being short staffed but quite honestly it's not my problem. General rule of thumb, if you can't hear someone, then maybe you should speak to them like an adult instead of walking away and trying to hide! She then asked if I wanted my money back or my food. Of course, I wanted my food since I already spent ~40 min at that point waiting! No apologies from the so called "manager". Just straight rudeness and very unprofessional!! All I wanted was an explanation as to why it was taking so long and I couldn't get that. Never going to back to that place!! Don't waste your time or money, especially if Lindsay - manager is working!!
