  Shoutout to Mercy and Brandon for stellar customer service! With a last minute order change they kindly accommodated before food came out to our table. Brandon was exceptionally kind and patient while taking our orders while we dealt with a fussy toddler. Mercy checked on us and brought extra napkins (it’s the lil things while dining with kids so thank you!) Thank you both for making our lunch that much better! Food was good and we will be back! Only lil complaint is we felt like that portions were a bit small (mainly salad size for the cost)

  First time. Never again. It took 40 minutes for them to make our food. Saw at least 5 people come in after us get their orders first. We could have gone to a sit down place and gotten our food faster. Plus it would have tasted better. Also no place for customers to wait due to a limited number of tables. The worst part was when one of the employees took out the trash, came back in to start to clean up a spill, didn't wash her hands afterwards and then started bagging food. She was also really rude to another employee who came to help and made that employee clean it up instead. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

  I had such a great experience at Luna Grill! The restaurant itself is super cute and fun to dine in. All the employees were very helpful, especially Henry for helping me figure out what was gluten free and making sure everything was cleaned before cooking! I tried the chicken kabob plate with rice and hummus. Alma was so kind and helpful with my one year old. Which leads me to the best part — kids under 10 eat free Monday-Thursday! The kids portions are so big too. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

  Wow. Super healthy food that tastes incredible. Great mediterranean eating without the fuss and muss of cooking it all ourselves. Our family had custom changes to every one of our orders and they were super nice and easy to communicate with. Best fries ever. Very nice. Great food. Found this gem and hope it doesn't get overwhelmed too soon. Love the open kitchen and the layout as we could easily see everything was super clean. Bright and pleasant family atmosphere with an attractive display and counter area for ordering, and table-side service with a number plaque. Would give more stars than five if possible.

  We were really looking forward to trying this place, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. For a single adult and child meal (no drinks), the total came out to $50, and the portion sizes were completely lacking for both of us. The delivery process only made things worse. The driver texted to claim our place was "too difficult" to find and threatened to just leave the food somewhere "safe." When I immediately tried to call them back, they wouldn't answer. By the time the food actually arrived, it was completely cold and the flavors were entirely unimpressive. There are much better food options in the East Valley that offer higher quality and bigger portions for a lower cost. We won't be ordering from here again.No
