From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with multiple friendly greetings that made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers. We came in close to closing time, but you never would have known it based on the service. Desirae was absolutely exceptional—patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel like we were the most important customers of the day. Her level of hospitality honestly reminded me of Chick-fil-A; it was that good. I was excited to try the 4th of July Dozen and took advantage of the deal to get a second Original Glazed dozen for $2.50. My total came to $27, and I used a gift card which covered most of it. However, when I bit into the glazed donut, it was incredibly dry and tasted like it had been made the day before. Even though the location had plenty of donuts out, the lobby was completely empty, so I really wish they had offered fresher options. I ended up throwing the whole dozen away because it was disgusting!! As for the specialty dozen, I gave them away, but those donuts were also completely dry and stale. I'm definitely sad that this ruined my 4th of July weekend treat and that I wasted $27.
