  I just purchased a dozen assorted donuts at 7am this morning thinking they were going to be good and fresh but I was wrong. They are old you can tell by looking at them they don’t look like they’re going to taste good. I ate one and it Taste like maybe 2 days old at least very unsatisfied with this dozen it cost $20 bucks and I got it for my sons birthday. The only two fresh tasting ones were the original glaze the others gross and a little hard/stale. Disappointed and wish I had a refund.

  I am from out of town and expected warm glazed and received ice cold glazed. Very disappointing!

  Frustrated with this place last night as the hours were showing a 10pm closing time and my wife and I show up there at 9:23pm. After the staff inside saw us pull in they shut some more lights off and left a sign on the door to do drive thru only. Being from an area in Canada that doesn’t have a krispy kreme closer than a few hours away we were excited to see the place and experience it. It’s more than simply eating a donut.

  The doughnuts were not good at all. My whole family is shocked because we’ve loved them for years. My 4 year old didn’t even like them. They were not fresh. The donut dots were the worst I’ve had. The place was freezing so it was uncomfortable. Staff wasn’t rude but definitely not friendly. I bet this place goes out of business soon. I can’t see how it will stay open. Overall disappointed and won’t be returning again.

  Went in because the drive thru was soooooo slow. Got inside. Line was so long. A guy was working the drive thru as soon as it emptied out he moved to the lobby. There were SIX, count them SIX, people who worked there and the only one who could seem to do his job was a young kid named Bobby. He handled drive thru, and the counter and managed to give the customers what they asked for. Even checking in the back for doughnuts they wanted that weren't out. Directing other people who worked there to do their jobs even tho they clearly didn't want to. Doughnuts are good, but cross your fingers that Bobby is working, otherwise, you're screwed. 😂
