  Very much overpriced. For less money you can go to other sandwich shops and get twice as much food.

  I love their sandwiches. Especially the bread. It is chewy and doesn't fall apart or get soggy. The only thing I don't like is the AC is always chilly. But better too chilled than too hot.

  Order taker lied about the price of my sandwich. He took my card and gave himself a 20% tip without my authorization. Now I have lost trust with the staff and the organization.

  I will admit I did get to the drive through 15 minutes before close, but before I could say anything, the girl rudely said “we‘re out of bread, thank you bye”. Mind you, all I wanted was a drink. I was so taken aback that I didn’t even bother asking anything and drove off. I ended up going to Cheba Hut next door, and received amazing customer service there instead.

  They have begun outsourcing delivery to Uber at this location and are charging an absurd $5 delivery fee. I submitted a customer inquiry and they informed me that it is determined by the store manager, so if you are assigned to this store, your delivery will not be freaky fast… waited an hour for my delivery yesterday. Ordered before 2, the receipt was printed at 3:07, didn’t receive my food until after 4. Ice was melted in my drink.
