Obviously a kind of "fast food" Italian cuisine. But that's not an insult. Just an accurate description of what they are. What they are is, DELICIOUS. Had the Spicy Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage. Definitely spicy. Definitely worth getting. Looking forward to getting other items on the menu!

When I was a teen in the late ‘90s/early 2000s, I used to eat at Fazoli’s all the time. Two “entree” items, a drink, and breadsticks for ~$5 was a steal, and the quality of the food was surprisingly good. Fast-forward a quarter of a century, and I’m not only surprised to see that a Fazoli’s restaurant exists well after the location I used to frequent permanently closed, but they still have affordable, relatively high-quality food and surprisingly friendly service. For around $20, we got two tasty and filling meals (three entrees each with a drink and breadsticks) with enough leftovers for a couple lunches at home. This location was clean and well-maintained, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Disappointed hadn’t eaten Fazoli’s in a lot of years. We had one close here in Mesa. Portions are small and just not good. The sauce on my baked ziti tasted very processed. Breadsticks were dry with no butter or Parmesan on them.

I visited Fazoli's with a party of 3. I want to start off by saying, I remember when Fazoli's was huge back in the early to mid 2000s. It was a big disappointment when they closed their doors. When I found out Fazoli's had a few locations in the Phoenix Area, I was excited. I just needed to find someone who loves breadsticks as much as I do as the drive was a little out there for us. I was telling my son about the breadsticks and how they were better than Olive Garden. He did not believe me. I had to prove him wrong. So, on our way to Fazoli's we all went. We entered the restaurant and went to the kiosk. We did not get answers to our questions so we decided to go to the counter to order. Anthony A (the name on the receipt, if correct) was super awesome. Our questions were not the simplist to answer, but he was upbeat about helping and what he did not know, he did not guess. He went and looked it up or asked someone. Top notch I must say! I did notice the screen on the register was not working so I was not able to visible see and confirm the order was taken correctly (which it was). I was impressed with the food being delivered. I expected to go to the counter. They asked if we wanted cheese and proceeded to serve to those who wanted it. They use non-disposable dishes and silverware, but if I wanted plastic, it was available. They use Pepsi products, but unfortunately they did not have Diet Pepsi and that is a huge turn off, for me, when looking for a place to eat. Let's talk about the food: Breadsticks - The breadsticks did not look good at all. I did not even think to take a picture of them either. When I picked them up, they were so flimsy, you'd wonder if they were even cooked. When I ate one, oh wow, it was way over seasoned. I could not even eat more than 1 bit of the bread. I asked the employee if they could be made with less seasoning (hoping this would help the soggyness). He brought a couple out to us. The taste was better. It was more tollerable than the first set. We then asked if he could make them crispier. He said he could put them through the oven and said the would be more brown and crisper. We ask if he would give that a try for us. He brought them out. They were much, much better. Although, at this time, the damage was already done. We were not eager to eat anymore breadsticks. We were turned off, but know in the future how to order them. Baked GF Chicken Pesto - Overall it was good. It looked very good. It appeared to have enough sauce and cheese and seasoning on the top. The only thing the guest did not like was the way the sauce tasted. When it was consumed, it had a strange sweet flavor and then after it settled, it wasn't too bad. Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - It did not appear to have much sauce but the guest said it was okay. I offered to get more sauce if needed. He said the only thing he did not like about the dish were the noodles. I cannot remember what he said he did not like about them or if it was the overall taste, but he ate it, but was not impressed. Chicken fettuccine Alfredo - Sadly this was the only very good dish of all the dishes. The portion of sauce was excellent! I stirred the dish and every noodle was saucy. The chicken was cut into cubes and they were a perfect bite-size.

Exactly as I remember it. Good food, no wait, they still come by with bread sticks. The staff was friendly and they even had a buy one get one deal, on the weekend. And it was clean and everyone seemed to like their jobs. 5 stars for atmosphere too, just because it's a fast food place and presented as you'd expect doesn't mean they didnt do a 5 star job of delivering. No notes, Fazolis was great.
