  The last 4 times I have been to this location the keep messing up my order, I mean it's 1 burrito with no onions not that hard and they pile on that onion I just wish they knew how to listen & make it the way you order!! I don't like giving bad reviews but maybe if they see a review that they can't get an order right maybe they will actually take the time to read what a customer would like or would not like in there food!!

  We love the food. Employees all so friendly Love treating ourselves at least once a week. Then come home * enjoy the food as we watch one of our favorite shows. Always, kind 😇 😊 ❤️ of a date night to us. Going on 30 yrs of marriage.

  4 piece chicken meal was small, overcooked and half the meat had the texture of jerky. For $18 dollars it was NOT WORTH IT. Did they switch to Cornish hens? Cause the chicken was small, and overcooked. Will never eat at el pollo loco again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
