  We went there on Saturday 10am 10/3 in the morning, it was obviously very busy. We ordered, got our drinks and waited a while for our food at the table. There was family that came in behind us, the mother was obnoxious and seemed impatient. She got up and started just grabbing orders they were calling out. She grabbed our order and took it back to her three kids. My husband went up and asked what happened... A very nice gentleman named Matt came over a apologized. He was so professional and kind. I am glad he caught it! They quickly got another order out to us, brought it right to our table. Thank you so much, Matt!! We will be back :) I wish there was a location closer to the Las Sendas/Longbow ...hint hint

  Yesterday I stopped in Einstein's to pick up 6 bagels and a small cream cheese. I placed my order and was told to wait until they call my name. After about 10 minutes I approached the cashier who was just standing there waiting for another customer to enter the store. I asked how much longer do I have to wait to get my bagels. He said you have 7 orders ahead of you. I said so I have to wait for 7 orders to be cooked? He said yes. I said, I don't have anything to be cooked. Can't I just get my bagels. He said, that's not how we do it. I said you are just standing there, it would take a minute to put 6 bagels in a bag. He said we are doing the best we can. I said I appreciate that but I don't need anything cooked, the bagels are right next to you. He said fine, I will get your bagels, this time. Well, be sure to know there won't be a next time. Why would you make someone wait for 7 orders to be cooked when all you had to do is reach into a case and get 6 bagels??? It takes more effort to write the order out, get a bag and put the cream cheese in and place on another counter.

  I went there for the first time today with my family, the food was absolutely delicious but besides the obvious, the people working there were absolutely amazing. Very kind and generous. You don't have too many people out there like that anymore, especially when they're working, and they were just very very kind people. I will definitely be back there more often.

  So happy to have this in my area. I had such a wonderful experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Elizabeth. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about customers and creates such a positive experience. Elizabeth is a true asset to the team! I’ll definitely be back.

  I stopped by during opening weekend and was thoroughly impressed! The menu offers a fantastic variety of choices, and the staff remained incredibly friendly despite the grand opening rush. The manager, Matt, does an amazing job making everyone feel welcome, even during their busiest moments. I actually had to come back for another bagel today! I'm so glad to finally have a location here in the East Valley..
