Another person came to the window, thought that he would ask me to wait a minute, but nope. Store says open at 5am. Ive been here since 517am. Not sure why she couldn't open the window and at least ask me to wait. I dont mine, but communication is key to any business running smoothly.

It won’t let me order off the app. I don’t want to go stand in a line. I don’t want to talk to anyone I just want to order my drink. It takes me 3 or 4 times longer going there and waiting then ordering off the app. Now I am waiting for some to make drinks before they take my order. Like I been here already 5ish mins and no one has taken my order and if your app worked I could just grab and go. So here’s to my lunch break just to grab a drink. This be the only time I do this. If your app doesn’t work then I won’t be ordering.

I’ve been to this location twice and was given instructions to stay behind a certain car, and the other patrons do not follow instructions, one almost hit my car trying to cut me off, and due to the ordering queue we had to wait for the barista to finish their order while ours was sitting there. So annoying and frustrating.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
