    Edit: I got my drink remade and the gal was super super nice Why place an order online if it’s not going to be ready. I walked up at 8 and my order was supposed to be ready by 8:04. Some lady walked up at 8:07 and got her 2 drinks as soon as she walked up. Over Dutch. The last 3 visits my drinks have been made wrong. Three different locations. It’s 8:09 and I’m finally walking away with my drink. I watch the drive through fully empty and new customers come through and I was STILL waiting for my drink. And shocker, no strawberry float.

    It was my birthday and I was having a really hard day and they were super nice to me. They made me my birthday coffee and they put sprinkles in it and they put happy birthday on the cup and it made my day better super friendly customer service all around great atmosphere. I would recommend it for anyone’s birthday or celebration.

    06:15 am: VERY Disappointed with total LACK of SERVICE this morning. (Fact) they were not busy when I arrived!!! It took 3 girls to make 1 medium Hot Coffee. Sad when customers waiting behind you are pulling out of line because they were soooooo slow for no apparent reason!!!!
