    There is no mobile pick up line. So I waited 25 minutes to pick up an order that was placed 25 minutes prior. Nice melted drink is what I got after my wait. Baristas socialize WAY to much when there's is a ridiculously long line of people waiting to order.

    Jerome- I go here often for work. Always order 20+ drinks. The staff here is amazing. Always friendly, fast and extremely on point. This is my go to location. Would definitely recommend.

    I was excited when this location opened because it’s much closer to me, but I hope things improve as they get more established. Every time I order from this location, something is wrong with at least one of the drinks. I usually order anywhere from 2 to 6 drinks at a time since I’m often ordering for my staff or with other people, so it’s not just a one-time experience. I have been here a total of 8 times since they opened. The drinks are consistently made differently compared to other locations, and the lack of consistency has been disappointing. One time I even got a latte that was only filled halfway in the cup. There’s also one employee who always seems miserable every time I see her and comes across with a rude attitude, which doesn’t make for a welcoming experience. For now, I’ll continue going to the Signal Butte location because they’re much more consistent with both their drinks and customer service. I really hope this location improves because I’d love to support the one that’s closer to me.
