    Always slow, and the workers there take there sweet time. I ask for the same thing and some how it is different more than not. Also the female on Aug 23, at 1pm, who is at the walk up window, opened the window and ask if it was a pick up and I said no but a order. Then she just said "ok hold on" and shut the window..stood out there for a little and she never came back.(its a walk up window for a reason.) Poor service and lack of professionalism...these places are getting more and more crappy!!!! Honestly a waste of money is what it is starting to look like. GET MORE WORKERS OR A BIGGER PLACE STOP BEING SO CHEAP DUTCH BROS!! YAll ARE just like all the other places now.. Just steal everyone's money and become a scrappy organization. ALSO: IF ITS HOT get the proper attire for your workers....come on you have some wearing all black...like get them hats, sunglasses, long sleeves. Be smart not this dumb 15min break ever 15mins....like get a better solution....use the money you have made and do it right!!! Last thing for now.. like really putting your hand over the spot where people drink... with no protective sticker.....DO BETTER DUTCH!

    Horrible customer service you would think with this heat they would respond to you waiting in line on the microphone. I was in my car for about three minutes and not even a hold on nothing very frustrating especially with how hot it is outside and then waiting in line with no response!! Had to drive down to Gilbert where at least someone acknowledge your presence through drive-through.

    I love this Dutch Bros location! It's a perfect quick stop on my commute to work, closer to home. I know they opened more on the recent side, but I feel like they've already found their footing. I'm always in and out of the drive-thru, even when they pass out stickers. I truly love their staff they are so friendly and sweet. I especially love Van, he's always got a smile and is very quick and efficient while he clears out drinks at the drive-thru, along with all the other great people. I highly recommend this location I think it's great overall, quality, time management, and their amazing staff makes it 10 times better ❤️

    Normally I dont leave not-so-good reviews but today I have to. I waited in the drive thru line for about 18 min. I got my order and drove home. Got home and realized my whole order was wrong. I drove all the way back and the drive through line was just as long so I got out and walked to the window. I told them my issue, they apologized, and took my order again. There is very little shade and it was HOT. I waited another 10- 15 in the heat. When my order was ready, my strawberry coloda iced rebel came out as a strawberry Colada iced lemonade with no strawberries on top. I had to ask where the strawberries were at. They took it back and added the strawberries which only a small amount was placed on top bc it was already filled to the top. I didnt want to wait any longer but I paid for a rebel but only got lemonade. Im usually satisfied with Dutch but today was frustrating. I watched others with pick up orders that were made bc their order was not ready either. Overall, sad service today. Dutch should consider putting up shade for customers waiting at the window.
