  Horrible customer service you would think with this heat they would respond to you waiting in line on the microphone. I was in my car for about three minutes and not even a hold on nothing very frustrating especially with how hot it is outside and then waiting in line with no response!! Had to drive down to Gilbert where at least someone acknowledge your presence through drive-through.

  I love this Dutch Bros location! It's a perfect quick stop on my commute to work, closer to home. I know they opened more on the recent side, but I feel like they've already found their footing. I'm always in and out of the drive-thru, even when they pass out stickers. I truly love their staff they are so friendly and sweet. I especially love Van, he's always got a smile and is very quick and efficient while he clears out drinks at the drive-thru, along with all the other great people. I highly recommend this location I think it's great overall, quality, time management, and their amazing staff makes it 10 times better ❤️

  Love all Dutch Brothers they can handle two lines around their building faster then Starbucks can handle one line. Also have an awesome Barista named Parker she is great very outgoing and personal.

  Dutch Bros hardly ever gets it wrong and it’s always a pleasure to drive through. The only thing is the ice at this location is consistently broken into tiny bits so my drink is always filled with random ice crystals and not normal cubed ice. Small thing, but changes the drink experience. I still love Dutch!

  Normally I dont leave not-so-good reviews but today I have to. I waited in the drive thru line for about 18 min. I got my order and drove home. Got home and realized my whole order was wrong. I drove all the way back and the drive through line was just as long so I got out and walked to the window. I told them my issue, they apologized, and took my order again. There is very little shade and it was HOT. I waited another 10- 15 in the heat. When my order was ready, my strawberry coloda iced rebel came out as a strawberry Colada iced lemonade with no strawberries on top. I had to ask where the strawberries were at. They took it back and added the strawberries which only a small amount was placed on top bc it was already filled to the top. I didnt want to wait any longer but I paid for a rebel but only got lemonade. Im usually satisfied with Dutch but today was frustrating. I watched others with pick up orders that were made bc their order was not ready either. Overall, sad service today. Dutch should consider putting up shade for customers waiting at the window.
