- OOOk OkMay 8, 20261.0Last night I came to Dutch Bros to redeem my birthday drink and somehow left more irritated than celebrated. I forgot my physical ID at a family member’s house completely my mistake but I did have a photo of it, which the employee approved after my partner showed him. Even then, the guy taking my order immediately came off with an attitude like helping customers was the last thing he wanted to do. I ordered a frozen blended Golden Eagle, and what I got looked like a melted, sloppy blob tossed together with zero effort with Small size. Meanwhile, the employee making the drinks seemed far more focused on chatting and entertaining the male employees than actually paying attention to the order in front of her. What makes this worse is the inconsistency. Back in January, my partner redeemed a birthday drink here with no issue, no ID check, and received a customized drink with writing on the cup and genuinely friendly service from the SAME girl who made my drink last night. With it being a Large, Funny how the energy completely changes depending on who she’s interacting with. Instead of basic customer service, I got judgmental looks, dismissive attitudes, and a drink that looked embarrassing to hand out. If Dutch Bros wants to maintain its reputation for upbeat service, maybe the staff should focus less on flirting and attitude and more on treating all customers with the same level of respect. [EDIT] I also had went to another location and they then made me a large drink with better customized drink and turns out this is the worst location to other dutches for customer service unless you seem catch the workers eyes you are golden :)

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
