- LML M.C2 days ago3.0There is no consistency in the lattes. I order the same latte every time and every time it taste different. One day way too sweet the next bitter. Sometimes when I order an extra shot of espresso it is not added, I can tell by the taste and color of the latte when it’s not added. Service is usually fast and friendly.

My drinks are never consistent in taste or presentation, I’m asked to repeat myself multiple times when I am right next to the order person , they never tell you when they are out of a seasonal or limited topping so you’re paying extra for something you won’t get, and the service is pretty subpar, I will almost always try to go to another location because of this. It’s almost always brushed over like it’s no big deal but when you spend money on a product expecting one thing and receiving another countless times it can be very frustrating.

- JMJulian MartinezJun 13, 20261.0Tonight I stopped in to get two double chocolate mocha freezes, but ended up with my intelligence insulted twice the first time I was given a chocolate frost the second time I was just given a chocolate milk blended with ice and nothing was said about the freeze machine being down there was not an apology. I was just given a chocolate drink and sent on my way. Very poor customer service. They do not care to get you what you order or what you pay for.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
