    they dont now how to give u the write coffee taste like water we order decaf moca and got milk and a drizzle off chocklet no moca they suck

    i used to come to this dutch all the time and now when i’ve came they’ve just been leaving me unsatisfied. all the other locations in arizona are so friendly and make you want to come back to that specific spot but this one, the last two times, i haven’t been greeted by the people at the window (not a huge issue because some people don’t like talking but it’s what the company advertises) and my drinks have either been made wrong or hasn’t been filled all the way. overall, i’d rather go to another one than this location.

    I go to Dutch Bros quite often and I always order the eagle. It’s always good. The workers are very friendly and prompt but what I am mad about is that I’ve earned 250 points twice now and both times when I’ve gotten to the store to order my coffee and show them my points. My points had disappeared. I don’t know what kind of. Problem Dutch Bros is having with their computer and point services, but I think it’s really Bad that people earn these points and then can never use them. Someone needs to look into this because I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’ve heard quite a few customers say the same thing.

    Rude employees! I’m used to such a pleasant costumer service experience at any other Dutch. Very sweet and communicative at any other location, but this one the girls here act like that couldn’t care less to do their job let alone with even a smile. I have given location about 3-4 times and each I’ve left unsatisfied so I’ll stick to the one on signal butte!
