The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment we arrived. Even though there was a long line, it moved surprisingly fast and was very well organized. The employees worked together efficiently to keep everything running smoothly. My drink was made quickly and tasted perfect. The atmosphere was fun, exciting, and made the event enjoyable for everyone. It was clear that the team cared about providing great customer service. The grand opening was well planned and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend visiting this new Dutch Bros location to friends and family. Overall, it was a fantastic grand opening, and I look forward to coming back again. I was impressed by how organized the entire event was from start to finish. The staff kept smiling and interacting with customers, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the large crowd, everyone was served quickly without sacrificing quality or customer service. The energy and excitement throughout the grand opening made it a memorable event for everyone who attended. I can't wait to visit this Dutch Bros location again and continue supporting such an outstanding team.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
