  My daughter and I popped in for the bathroom and a snack. The manager was amazing the second we walked in and more than generous. I wish I had gotten his name. I wasn’t super happy when I walked in but I felt better leaving. I appreciate that.

  I didnt like the lady's customer skills. She lacked everything. She was on the phone the entire time too. Her ear pods or whatever.

  Cannot for the life of me get this location to make coffee in the drive thru the way we ask for it!! They keep trying to put whip in my cold brew, asked for cold brew mocha swirl with cold foam, got it black with nothing before, asked for cold foam did not get anything, they keep trying to call cold foam whip....but heavy whipped cream does not go on cold brew

  Stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts and honestly… solid experience all around. The store was super clean (tables, floors, and condiment station actually looked maintained, which isn’t always a given during rush hour). Food came out fresh and hot, and my coffee was made exactly right, not too sweet, not watered down. Reliable comfort fuel. Big shoutout to Rory for the standout service. Friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming; the kind of energy that makes a simple coffee run feel like a good start to the day. You can she and team they care about customers, not just the line. Would definitely swing by again. Clean space + good food + great service = easy win. Thanks Dunkin and Thank you Rory!
