The comment he made under his breath would likely get my account banned from future reviews. This location really needs to evaluate their employees, their behavior, and the way they interact with customers. Instead it’s a “team” of friends and they care about backing each other even when the employee is clearly out of line. This mornings manager/team has no care or respect for the business or how customers are treated and interacted with. I’m disgusted with what happened this morning and probably will no longer be going to any Dunkin donuts in the future after this.
