  Rudest worker ever, has an extremely annoyed attitude, I had hard time hearing her and that angered her because I asked her two or three times to please repeat.She damn near threw the bag to me. She should not be working with the public with the aggressive behavior and attitude. Shame on her I won’t return to this location ever

  My boyfriend and I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’ on the morning of April 10th. We went through the drive-thru around 9am, and from the start, the interaction felt rushed and aggressive. After I rolled down my window, the employee taking our order immediately asked what I wanted, twice, before I even had a chance to look at the menu. When I tried to order glazed Munchkins, they were out. Then I asked for glazed donuts, and those were also out. In fact, the only donuts available were chocolate glazed and old fashioned. For that time of the morning, it was surprising and frustrating that most of their core items were unavailable. Throughout the ordering process, the employee continued speaking in an aggressive tone and rushing us to decide, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand fast food can be stressful, but that does not justify treating customers this way. At the window, a different employee continued the same rushed attitude. She was abrupt, quickly directing me where to tap my card, handing over the food, and closing the window almost immediately. It felt like we were being hurried through the entire interaction, from ordering to pickup. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the service. The donuts tasted stale, which made the limited selection even more disappointing. The avocado toast was decent, and the hash browns were okay, but overall, the quality did not justify the $15.20 we spent. Save your money. Do not come here. Even for convenience.

  This location provided a suboptimal experience. My request for a large refresher with sparkling water was met with an unfamiliar response, indicating a lack of prior experience with such an order. Additionally, several food items were missing from our order, and the customer service was unsatisfactory. When my husband requested half-and-half for his iced coffee, he received a mixture of decaffeinated and regular coffee, with the staff stating that our request was not sufficiently specific. 0/5

  The second time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese crosaunt the egg and sausage was cold. No smile at the window and I always have to ask for napkins!!! Just not a good Dunkin Donuts!!!!
