  They are chronically short staffed, which is a Dunkin staple at this point. It becomes really inconvenient when you order ahead to pick up but they are closed and only can do drive thru which has a long line. Their donut selection is usually pretty small even at 8/9am Everyone has been nice when I go and my drink is consistently made well. I think the iced coffee on tap helps. Would love to see Dunkin turn it around and fully staff so they can be reliable. I would go much more often if I knew I could get in and out in the morning with the right drink and a decent selection

  Received two burned breakfast sandwiches! The buns hard as rock and black colored! Absolutely unacceptable!

  I’m honestly absolutely pissed. I keep calling the store and nobody is answering so I’m going to dispute the charge. My food is not even cooked all the way I need a manager to contact me immediately

  Ive been to this location twice now and both times I have waited for at least 5 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. It would be one thing if the store was busy but the first time I went in there was only one other customer in the building who was already eating. While one girl attended to the drive through, one was standing checking her phone and the other was wiping things and I got no greeting. Today there was one man looking irritated and nobody else waiting. 1 girl attended the drive thru while another girl was walking around. Finally another woman came from behind to help the irritated man but as soon as she helped him she walked right back to the back. Not once did a single staff member speak to us even to say they would be right with us. I made a comment about not being greeted and still nobody spoke to us. I tried to call several times to speak with a manager but nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is full. I will no longer attempt to give this location my money or my business. Shame on the staff and owner and the lack of customer service. Donuts are supposed to bring happiness and excitement, a nice little treat not leave you feeling sour.

  I have always come here for an afternoon perk up, and in the last month or so a whole new crew has started manning this place. Man these people are clueless. I placed a mobile order ten minutes ahead of time before I needed to go out for an event and when I got there, they confidently presented a coffee to me and forgot my bagel and tots. When I explained to them, they forgot them. They then took fifteen additional minutes to prepare it, and when I finally got to my event late, the tater tots were missing. They've massively gone downhill
