    My order was completed quickly, the pizza tasted great, and Elizabeth was very kind when she was helping me at the store. Not much more to ask for from a pizza place.

    Placed in order through Uber Eats and I know they dont always have the drinks listed. I tried to call into the restaurant to switch out the drink in my order, someone answered and very quickly told me to please hold. I was on hold about 20 minutes with no response. I hung up and called again and someone answered and did the same thing but I tried to say I had been on hold for 20 minutes and just wanted to say one thing. The employee had already placed me on hold though. Terrible customer service.

    I ordered a pizza online on 5/24/26 at 10:38 pm . I was anxiously waiting watching the app for the delivery . Even waiting outside my hotel room door when I seen that the driver was on the other side of the street. There just so happens to be two Motel 6 right here on country club and the 60. So I called and told the girl I thought my driver delivered it to the wrong place and she insisted that he did not and that he even knocked in the door , immediately I knew that it was wrong because I was standing outside my door waiting. So I explained to her I thought he took it to the other motel six the one behind sunsplash and that I was at the one in Hampton Ave. She then told me there is only one motel 6 in this area and he left my pizza at the front desk , even though the address , room number and instructions to meet me at my door are all correct on my receipt . Needless to say finally about 11:45 I drove over to the other motel 6 and lo and behold there sat my now cold pizza . Because of the hour I waited til the next day to call and explain my situation where the girl who claimed to be the manager told me no problem , when I wanted to order again just have my receipt and they would give me a free pizza. So tonight 6/1/26 still at the same motel same room I call to cash in my pizza . A guy answers the phone and I explain and without even asking me to hold I am just left in silence saying “hello?l are you there . 8 minutes and 32 seconds later Gloria the GM answers and I explain what happened and that I called next day and was calling to cash in my free pizza . She then advises me that she has no credits under my name (not my fault) then she basically calls me a liar saying she has no male managers , which I never stated I spoke to a man or women in our conversation , I simply said I spoke to “A Manager” she spoke over me and said “yes you did you said the guy” , and I said “yes I said the guy who delivered my pizza delivered it to the wrong place” . She then just flat out told me well “too bad I’m the GM I have no record of this and I don’t remember this happening” and I said “well surely your driver will remember delivering it to the wrong place. “ mind you I have my receipt the only reason I kept it was because the lady I spoke to told me to keep it and it would get me my free pizza for the mix up and receiving a cold pizza. I neglected to write her name down because she was so polite and I didn’t foresee a so called General Manager being so rude , insinuating to me I was lying and when I told her I was going to reach out to someone above her she just said that’s fine these calls are recorded so if anything happens we can go through those . Where I am also not worried because it will be there . But the audacity , I don’t know if I am being judged cause I’m in a motel 6 or what but I am a 54 yr old women who works for a living simply experiencing homelessness. And maybe she don’t realize that I pay roughly $2509 a month to live here and have money to buy pizza . But I did feel that I should receive my free pizza as the error was not mine and pizza is just not good cold . And they guarantee hot delivery I believe even in a set time . Which none of that happened for me. I am totally disgusted with the way I was talked to and treated by Gloria your GM. I would hope this is not how you train them or how you would like to be represented to your customers . I will never recommend or order from here again and will make sure all my social media platforms are aware of the poor representation you carry for this store . Don't expect their errors to be corrected without being made to feel like a crook and a liar. So disappointed

    Their food still taste the same their new slice sauce is pretty good but DO NOT trust there new $7’.99 deal it’s fake as I already suspected none of these companies can be honest about anything they upcharge you with on the sauces, well either way I tried their new “deal” still somehow came out to forty bucks… it’s not worth all that. More fun to make your own pizza.

    This is a good domino's. Food is always ready when I get there. Very inclusive- signs in English & Spanish. Clean. Professional.
