  THIS KID CALLED THE COPS ON ME!! I eat at the one in Walmart nearly every Friday night, a treat for the fam. But this past Friday night I used the app to buy a pair of pizzas. The site closes at 11pm. I placed my order at 10:07. The app told me my food would be ready at 1017-10:26. At 10:30 I was there to pick up my order to be surprised that the steel gates were already down and locked. I hollared for someone to come out and a young guy with a surfers mullet said they are closed and he didn’t make my pie. Then he said he was going to call Walmart security when I asked for my money back. I said I’ll wait for them maybe they can shed some light on this. So then he threatened me with calling the police. I said yes I think you should because you’re not keeping my money and me and the whole family were really looking forward to eating tonight. AND HE DID!!! The Mesa PD showed up three deep and asked a bunch of questions and handed me my drivers back notifying me that I am now trespassed from this store. (Dominos only not Walmart). Why I didn’t call Pizza Hut at this point I do not know. But the young guy at the next closest Dominos store (6mi) was just the best. He had been on speaker phone the whole time with me and the police. He said that he was so sorry for the way I was treated by the kid (would not give NF his name) that he was going to make my pizzas himself and throw in some extra dipping sauce too, and when I got there Hayden at the Power and Mckellips store did not disappoint. The food was hot and delicious as usual. I’m just a plumber but “yo Dominos, hire more guys like Hayden and less like (pretty sure his name is Collin)

  I asked about the 50% off all pizza's as advertised when I picked up my pizza's. The employees lied and said that I have to download the app and order online. The commercial on TV doesn't say this. I will take it up with corporate.

  Disappointed with the service at this location (4505 E. McKellips Road in Mesa). We specifically asked for 'all flats' on our wing order; the cashier confirmed they could do it, then handed us a standard box. When we pointed out the mistake, the manager refused to refund the wings, even though they admitted to the miscommunication. Taking a customer’s money for a specific request and then refusing to make it right is unprofessional. We ended up leaving without a refund or the food we actually wanted just to avoid a confrontation. Better management is needed.

  Well the GM Cullen is incredibly unprofessional and just hung up on my wife when she called to cancel the order since the app kept changing the delivery time and it still wasnt delivered even 20min after the app said it would be so safe to say we won't be buying Dominos anymore.

  The manager called informing me that they were out of the toppings we had ordered for the night. He was very apologetic and accommodated us with a free soda. Very kinda gesture especially since I ordered through DoorDash and he definitely went the extra mile.
