It is honestly my bad for continuing to go here expecting a better result. We eat here only every couple of weeks when we feel like dealing with the wait. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone to this location they forget stuff. Last time I made the mistake of taking my family of 4 instead of just the 1-2 people that usually go. I order from the app before I even leave the house, and it was still like 30 minutes of me just standing at the counter. It was then that I noticed there is no actual adult in charge and it's just a bunch of teenagers standing around in the back. Once I finally was given my order, the clueless little girl at the front told me I needed to check to make sure it was right like she thought it was funny. This time I decided to try the drive through again because I have noticed it is not usually busy anymore. When I got to the window I could see a whole group of like 6 teenagers standing around hanging out again! I sat there for a good couple of minutes before the one leaning against the window turned around, and tried to ask me for money even though I had told them at the speaker I was there for an order. It took 3 different people coming to the window for them to finally seem to get what I was waiting on. I finally was given the bag, but when I was handed the ice cream the lid wasn't on so it was spilled on my hand. It was incredibly obvious the ice cream had been sitting out the whole time and it was liquid. She did not even apologize or give me napkins, she just awkwardly took it back. I had to tell her I didn't get my dilly bar and she audibly sighed. I looked in the bag while she was dealing with that and realized they didn't give me my gravy either. She said okay and left. Instead of bringing me the gravy, the guy came back to try and tell me I didn't order gravy when it came with my meal. He really argued with me saying that's what the receipt says, but did not even have a copy, and did not give me one. While I tried to pull up the order I placed on my phone he slammed the window and walked away. I ended up just leaving because there's no reason I should be arguing with teenagers over some gravy. Everytime I go here there is an inevitable back and forth involved just to get what I ordered. I genuinely have no idea how they stay open and how they can afford to pay that many teenagers to stand around and hang out. Genuinely sad because I know multiple adults around here desperate for work.

Update: After posting this review the owner reached out personally to address the issues I experienced. She let me know that they basically had all new staff that were still learning. She assured me that the issue with the temperature and the warmer not working properly would be fixed immediately and agreed it is a food safety concern. She was very nice, understanding, and seemed as concerned as I was. While I may not be back soon, I would consider giving this location another shot in the future. I wanted to make sure I updated my review based on my interaction with the owner and the resolution. I go here every now and then and typically have a consistently good experience. I do not know if the most recent visit was a one off, or if management has changed. I picked up dinner for my son and I after a full day of work for me and a full day of respite for him. He's a big boy being closer to the height of a 13 yo instead of an 8 yo, and definitely eats like he's growing fast. He took on bite of his cheeseburger and immediately spit it out. The bun was hard and stale and the meat was well past done and almost as dry as jerky. He ended up throwing everything away and I made him Kraft Mac & Cheese. Rather expensive garbage. I ordered the chicken strip basket as it was the whole reason for going there. They're the only ones who serve gravy with it lol. Due to some health issues, I've had a very low appetite and will go days, sometimes weeks, without eating anything. So I was really looking forward to something that actually sounded good. Unfortunately, my meal didn't fair much better than my son's. The chicken strips were dry, stringy, and incredibly dark with black bits stuck to them 🤢 And despite looking overcooked, they weren't even hot! How do you manage to burn something while also keeping it room temp?! And I don't know if they're skipping cleaning the fryers or what, but something ain't right. To make it even worse, the gravy (the only reason for going there) was cooled. Not refrigerator cold either. At least then you can hope it was held at a low enough temperature to prevent bacteria. Oh no, it was like it had simply been sitting out on the counter, forgotten, not hot and not cold. Just the right temperature for all those nasty little bacteria to thrive. It was appalling, and absolutely not safe for consumption. And before you think I waited until I got home, I don't have patience for that nonsense. I opened it before we were completely out of the drive thru. I highly recommend going anywhere else. They're basically overcharging customers just to gamble with giving them food poisoning. I suppose they do have a suitable location next to a hospital. ***Edited to Add:*** I have already used that useless link to submit a complaint about the most recent unpleasant experience. No one even bothered sending an email pretending to look into it 🙄 It's quite clear that this location couldn't care less about their customers once they have your money. The owner should have already been notified of these concerns, they just chose to ignore them. Definitely explains why I've never seen this place be particularly busy.
