One couple in the building that had finished and were just talking; 2 cars in the drive-thru. AFTER purchasing a $33 cake, I asked if they could write on it. The manager never even turned around just scoffed and said "we are way too busy to deal with that" I then had to go to another store on my way home spend $12 on writing gel so that I could write on the cake myself. If it were offered I would have waited a few minutes or accepted a refund so I could go to a location that actually had time to help a customer...
