- MMMike2 days ago1.0Food is never cooked consistently...can make people sick. I would highly recommend everyone stop buying their food so they're FORCED to do better. Shame on these employees for not following basic food safety standards. Unacceptable

Food : heartbreakingly gross.rice , cheese , sour cream, and salsa are still good.Meat.. all three times weirdly hard, dry, and in huge chunks? Took my grandma too,she agreed.She even got two different meats than me.Use to be fresh and look fresh. Stuff looks old and dry no matter the time of day. Beans look crusty and have a film.portions are smaller. Service: OH BOY. Everyone looks miserable and it’s very obvious in their apathy and RBF. Lunch lady vibes.They do not care about your food, Cleaning,their tone, or attitude. If they aren’t rude they just..don’t say anything? Like walk up ,silence.. tell them burrito.. then no questions after. Just silent sliding across the dirty counter. I get it work sucks, we all aren’t paid enough, and DoorDash complicates things. I just feel like there’s still a level of professionalism that should be shown. Very fast food for not having a drive through. I gave atmosphere 2 stars because I like the visual aesthetic. Unfortunately it seems dirty behind the counter. It use to be spotless.Now I truly wouldn’t be surprised if I got sick from eating there. All in all .. integrity lost. P.S I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but something needs to be done here.This opinion is based on three visits to this location but also supported by trying two other locations.Quality was about the same but better service at other locations.

Management needs to do better, great food, terrible service!!

The ingredients looked great, the portions were generous, and everything tasted excellent. Even during a busy time, the team kept the line moving and provided great customer service. It's nice to find a location that consistently delivers quality food and a positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back.
