  Unbelievable ordered on the app like usual picked it up and this is what they gave me and the other bowl had zero fajita veggies on it

  Eating here is great if you're careful with the meat, their steak is often chewy, so ask about the meat beforehand. Other than that I love everything else here. They don't have flimsy forks or spoons and other than the meat everything taste perfect!!! Highly recommend, just ask about the quality of the meat for that day!

  I come to this Chipotle location frequently, but I was in a hurry tonight so I ordered through the app. Big mistake! Not until I got all the way home with my order did I see that the amount of food in my chicken bowl was maybe half of what I normally get when I watch them fill it myself, especially when taken into consideration the fact that I asked for extra lettuce & extra fajita veggies. Fine, whatever. I'm just hungry. I'll deal & eat it anyway. Then, I go to use my chips to scoop up my chicken bowl contents as I usually do & the chips are incredibly stale & chewy as if they've been sitting out opened for a couple of days. I will NOT be coming back to this location unless I can come in & watch them make it myself. Why when people are spending the same amount of money in the app as they would in person would they cheap people out? Ridiculous & rude!

  How does a manager show a customer 'I don't like you nor do I want your business' you can ask the manager at Chipotle on Mckellips and Stapley in Mesa AZ. I know he has been there a few years. I also know who the previous manager was and the one before him and so on. I eat here occasionally as well as take out-delivery driver. I also do custom home remodeling and I'm a substitute teacher. Anyhow, this manager, David Gonzalez has been rude to me on several occasions. One time I was ready to get something for lunch here I parked my car in front and looked inside and saw employees working already. I was about to go inside and place an order but this guy grabs the door blocking me and tells me 'WE ARE NOT OPEN YET' and literally closes the door on my face. No apology. 'No come back in 10min'. Just RUDE. Moreover, he gets rude and slams pots and pans. Sometimes he even lifts a pot and metal spoon and bangs it really loud behind the employee's head. Earlier today I picked up food for delivery and as soon as I got to the door to exit-'Bang'. I looked back to see who's having a bad day and banging pots and pans again and it's the same manager. Again.
