- LHLouwani Hick3 days ago1.0I have never been to this location (McKellips and Stapley) and I will never step foot in that establishment again. The food counter where they serve you was covered with spilled food all over and instead of using a cloth towel to wipe it down, they used their hands. Oh it gets worse, they were scraping the bottom of the metal containers to serve us the remaining scraps. I asked for fresh beans, and of course they weren’t ready. At that point I was done. However my husband was not and wanted to make the best of it. Ugh!! To make matters worse the soda station was even more disgusting because it was next to the over flowing TRASH that was everywhere, including right next to the utensils. Not to mention there was NOT one clean table!…ew, Yuk. Next time I’ll make the trip to the Tempe location. Maybe!

Not worth ordering online at all!

They saw me, kept doing what they’re doing. I won’t be back. Bad customer service. & bad food apparently.
